in, on, at 都是我們常用的地點方位介詞，in, on, at 用法的差別就在於：
in：表示”在…內”, 通常指在某場所的內部. 也多用於較大的地方
on：表示”在…上”, 指與含有點或面的部分接觸. 也常用於表示在街道上
at：用於較明確或範圍較小的地方
in
in指的通常是較大的地點，像是附近鄰里地區，城市，國家，或在一個地點裡面，像是在商店，在家或在房間。
例如：I used to live in Florida. Bangkok is in Thailand. I am in my room.
on
on指的通常是物體的表面或是街道等。
例如：The papers are on the coffee table. I left the keys on the counter.
at
at指的是特定較小的地點。
例如： We are meeting at the cafe. (Let’s meet at the cafe.) The football game is at the stadium.
